From the Airport follow the signs to Ogden which will bring you (briefly) onto I-80 E towards Salt Lake City, then several miles on I-215 (North) bypassing SLC, then I-15 N. Once you are on I-15 you can follow signs to Weber State University. If you actually pass WSU you have gone about a mile too far.
