a stamped self-addressed envelope for returning the CD to:
Brad Carroll and Farhang Amiri

4. We will record a full working copy of the Exploration of Physical Science software on your CD (both PC and Mac versions) and return it to you in the envelope you provide.
What does the Distribution Agreement say? By signing the Distribution Agreement, you promise that you will not allow the Exploration of Physical Science software on the CD to be used by anyone else (except your students, of course) and that you will not make any copies of the whole or any part of the CD.
Can I share the CD with the person in the office next to mine? Please don't. We are asking every individual who wants a free copy of the software to request his or her own copy and sign the Distribution Agreement.
What a deal! Why don't I have to pay for this software? The development of some of the Exploration of Physical Science animations was supported by a Higher Education Technology Initiative grant from the Utah System of Higher Education. We feel that Utah educators have already supported us with their tax dollars.
