Past Group Members
Jeremy Conlin: Like Jim Gutierrez in 2001, Jeremy was named the outstanding graduate of from our department in 2003. Since the fall of 2003, Jeremy has been attending graduate school at the University of Michigan, department of Nuclear Engineering. He lives with his wife, Trisha, and their children, Annie and Brigham, in Ann Arbor.
Mckay Garfield: Mckay is currently attending graduate school at in physics at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.
Matt Smith: Matt is currently teaching science at Bountiful Junior High, Bountiful Utah, and living in Lake Point. His wife, Jalena, is finishing her degree in Biology Teaching. They have two children, daughter Braquelle and son Connor.
Mark Berger: Mark is working as a design engineer for a company in Ogden, Utah. He, his wife Wendy, and their four children live in Farr West, Utah.
James Gutierrez: Jim went on to get a Master's degree in physics from the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. His wife, Lisa, finished her nursing degree here at WSU in December of 2001. In September 2003, they had a baby girl, Allison. They are moving back to Utah in Fall 2004.
Tyler Neibuhr: Tyler is currently attending flight school in the United States Air Force.
Cameron Pedersen: Cameron is pursuing a graduate degree in Bio-Medical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University. He is currently studying novel infra-red imaging techniques for the eye. He, his wife, Stephanie, and their two sons live in Cleveland, Ohio.
